Golf cart makes it easy to get to the jacuzzi. pool, and rest of the park. Rec. rm has large tv and pool table. There are regular events like bingo and hiking in the winter. The storage shed is large enough to hold boat supplies, tools, rafts, etc. This is a great place to have company, under couch pulls out for guest sleeping. Water and trash are included in the monthly space rent. If you pay for the full year as we do you can get a month free! The resort also has 2 really nice beaches. Last but not least very friendly people. Parker is about 20 minutes away. and Lake Havasu 10 minutes across the dam. The rest you just have to experience.
